I create accessible articles for ING’s intranet that inform colleagues at all levels on:

• strategy rollouts
• the day-to-day implications of new ways of working such as Scrum and Agile
• the impact of artificial intelligence, cybercrime and other global trends on ING business and its customers

(Plus a host of other subjects but you get the picture.)

I also contribute to the public face of ING by writing copy for ing.com (see links below), as well as the words to complement Hans Wilschut’s photos in Transition, detailing the construction of ING’s new head office.’
